Forty Sp.j. has been operating since 1995 as a manufacturer of plastic packaging produced by thermoforming.

• We carry out projects from concept to production, with our own design office and toolroom. Our experience allows us to make lightweight, stable and consistent packaging for manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and many other companies.
• The toolroom makes moulds, cutting dies, electrodes and plug assists, so the entire process is controlled by one manufacturer.
• Production takes place in Różan near Ostrołęka, where we have a production hall of approx. 3,000 m², storage facilities and our own transport for efficient deliveries. We work on ILLIG machines, which ensure precision and repeatability for both short and large production runs.

• Transport trays and dividers used in internal transport, logistics, series production and component storage.
• Transport trays made of ESD materials for the storage and transport of parts containing electronics.
• Blister packaging for retail-ready products, e.g. technical articles, accessories, cosmetics, toys, household appliances and many other product categories.
• Box inserts for sorting various small items, e.g. inserts for card and board games, cosmetics, promotional sets, toys and any retail products.
• Advent calendar inserts designed to fit the carton and the products sold with it (confectionery, cosmetics).
• Housings and covers used in vehicle and machine interiors.
• Contract packing services, including kitting, blister production and blister sealing.
