Gianazza Angelo S.p.A. from Legnano (Milan, Italy) is an injection moulding company. Its founder Angelo Gianazza started moulding plastics for third parties in 1970; the business became a partnership in 1978 and a joint-stock company in 1995. The site covers 33,000 square metres, of which 17,000 are under roof.
Own product lines:
- bins and kerbside containers for separate waste collection (7 to 120 litres) and home composters
- plastic pallets, some in PP or HDPE
- PE and PP euro crates
- construction and garden products such as green roof elements, ventilated floor tiles, grass and gravel pavers and barriers made of recycled PP
The machine park has 24 injection presses from 200 to 3,000 tonnes, with part weights ranging from a few grams to 32 kg; gas-assisted and two-component moulding are also possible. For contract customers in the furniture, aerospace, household, automotive and appliance sectors the company co-designs and builds moulds and also carries out assembly.
