Grupa MTP

MTP Group is the leader of the Polish meetings industry and the third largest trade fair organiser in Central and Eastern Europe. In the global ranking of trade fair cities, we are in 32nd place (source: AUMA 2007).

The company is a member of organisations that bring together leading trade fair organisers from around the world (UFI – The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and CENTREX – International Exhibition Statistics Union).

Every year, approximately 11,500 exhibitors take part in events held at the Poznań fairgrounds, including around 3,000 foreign companies from 60 countries. In 2019, the trade fair events also attracted 813,000 visitors.

Our portfolio includes 100 brands. These comprise B2B events for professionals as well as B2C fairs – mega-events and events in the form of local festivals. They are attended by visitors from around the world, also through the Hosted Buyers programme, a matchmaking project that arranges business meetings between exhibitors and a selected group of trade partners. The trade fairs for the most important Polish export sectors are held in Poznań. These include Meble Polska (furniture), Polagra Food (food), Budma (windows and doors), Poznań Motor Show, TTM Automotive Technology Fair (automotive) and ITM Industry Europe (industry in the digital era).

MTP Group also organises Polish national pavilions at trade fairs abroad. Exhibitors present their offer in eastern markets such as Ukraine, Romania and Russia, as well as in Germany and Austria.

The fairgrounds offer extensive exhibition facilities, including 13 high-standard air-conditioned exhibition halls with a total area of 150,000 m2 and a congress and concert hall with 2,000 seats. The open-air area provides parking for 2,000 cars.
