Hega is a family-owned company founded in 1995. We specialise in the production and processing of plastic products made from materials such as PP, PE, PA and PS. Our products are of high quality thanks to modern technology and carefully selected raw materials.

We manufacture a wide range of grave candle tubes – our range includes more than 140 designs, and this number is growing steadily. For many customers, we develop custom tube projects and designs. Our tubes are among the few that perform very well on automated production lines.

We also specialise in the production of high-quality jerrycans made of high-density polyethylene (PE-HD, HDPE) on a modern, high-output production line. Our jerrycans are used in many industries, including household chemicals, automotive and construction.

We also manufacture slats for cemetery benches. Our slats are made of high-quality plastic with a UV stabiliser, which ensures their durability and resistance to changing weather conditions and extreme temperatures.

We also offer injection moulding services, using both moulds made in our own toolroom and moulds supplied by customers. We produce short and long runs on modern, high-output Arburg injection moulding machines with clamping forces of up to 130 tonnes. The machines are equipped with dryers, belt conveyors and robots, which ensures high quality of the manufactured products.

We also carry out die-face pelletising of plastics with water mist cooling. We operate a modern, automated line on which we pelletise plastics both for our own needs and as a service for customers.
