Laboratory services for the plastics industry, including the preparation of technical data sheets for regranulates
Activity description
Our experts, with many years of experience in the plastics industry, support companies and help them identify and select suitable raw materials for production.
We invite both recycling companies and plastics processors to use our wide range of services. Each request for quotation is handled individually.
Our laboratory is equipped with high-quality instruments that allow the following tests to be carried out:
- determination of the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR) of thermoplastics in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1133-1
- determination of ash content in accordance with PN-EN ISO 3451-1E
- homogeneity testing of blends (regrind) using an in-house press method
- FTIR spectrum measurement on a Thermo Scientific Nicolet iS5 spectrometer in the extended mid-infrared range of 7800–350 cm-1, including a search of available libraries
- additional FTIR spectrum analysis in the Omnic software (blend identification, etc.)
- identification of plastic type
- other
