Activity description
We specialise in the production of small and medium-sized technical parts made of engineering and high-performance plastics and thermoplastic composites.
We offer our customers full support throughout the production process, from design to finishing and decoration of parts:
- design (support for the customer at the stage of part design and mould concept using Solid Edge, Creo, Moldex and EDGECAM software),
- assistance in material selection, part optimisation (computer analyses, injection moulding simulations using the latest version of Moldex3D software, prototypes, tests),
- manufacture of prototype and production injection moulds,
- short and long production runs of parts,
- kitting of subassemblies and manual and automated assembly,
- combining plastics with metal inserts and other inserts,
- finishing and decoration of parts.
We also have our own well-equipped laboratory and toolroom, which allow us to closely control the production process and to build and service injection moulds.
