Tappex® threaded insertsThey ensure a reliable and strong threaded connection in plastics, wood and light metals. They are installed in 3 different ways:

• pressing in (cold or hot) - MULTISERT® and MICROBARB® types
• screwing in (self-tapping inserts) - TRISERT® and FOAMSERT® types
• moulding in (placed in the mould during injection moulding) - HIMOULD® type

All threaded inserts are made of brass; the TRISERT® type (self-tapping inserts) is also available in steel and stainless steel (V2A and V4A). ecosyn® BCT blind rivet nutsecosyn® BCT blind rivet nuts are internal threads that are best suited for use in thin, high-strength, soft, porous and multi-layer materials. The name KD-TECH stands for controlled bulge deformation: the bulge is formed in a controlled way on the blind side, without additional processing and without pressure on the wall of the hole in the component. As a result, the load-bearing material is subject to lower stress than with a standard blind rivet nut. Advantages
