LDK Sp. z o.o.

Since 2016, Karteko (karteko.pl) has operated in the circular economy market, focusing on the purchase of cardboard waste. We act as a link in the supply chain, serving as an intermediary between businesses that generate cardboard waste and companies looking for recovered material for reuse. We hold the required permits and operate in line with environmental and legal standards, which ensures that both the purchase and the sale of used cartons are carried out in full compliance with applicable regulations.

We promote and support the concept of the Circular Economy (CE), which responds to growing environmental challenges. In the circular economy model, materials at the end of their use do not become waste but resources for reuse. Our activities follow this approach, as we ensure that cardboard waste is continuously returned to the production cycle, which saves energy and raw materials and reduces emissions of harmful substances.

Karteko is also an honorary member of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, an organisation bringing together companies and institutions whose mission is to promote and implement circular economy practices in order to achieve a lasting, positive impact on the environment.

Cartons can be a source of inspiration. When a business idea emerges, it is worth moving beyond planning. We chose used cartons – an environmentally friendly product that is also low-cost and durable. Our inspiration came from people and the environment, as more and more people pay attention to the packaging they choose for their products. The growing interest in environmentally friendly products motivated us not only to establish the company but also to pursue our mission of promoting care for the environment.
