Maba Plast was established in 2007 as a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.). We specialise in the recycling and processing of plastics, an area in which we have many years of experience. For several years we have also been producing rotational moulding powders based on virgin plastics.

Our product range includes granules of plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and HDPE for injection moulding and extrusion. On request, granules can be mass-coloured to the colour specified by the customer. We also modify the material with a full range of processing additives that adjust parameters such as impact strength and melt flow index. Finished granules are packed in big bags of approximately 1 tonne. The big bags are fitted with plastic film liners that protect the granules against moisture.

We also offer rotational moulding powders based on LLDPE granules from all key manufacturers. Mass colouring is also carried out on request. The powders are packed in 25 kg valve bags. In the field of rotational moulding, we provide a complete service of collecting production waste and processing it back into powder.

We also provide regranulation, extrusion, grinding, filling and colouring services for plastics.
