MATSIM – production automation and robotics
At MATSIM, we support customers in the robotisation and automation of production processes. Our greatest experience is in the plastics processing industry, particularly in injection moulding.
For injection moulding, we offer solutions in the following areas:
- IML technology (mandrels, label magazines, IML robots),
- in-mould insert placement,
- removal of moulded parts,
- vision inspection and weight control,
- automated dimensional inspection,
- post-moulding assembly (clips, holders, handles, etc.),
- self-adhesive labelling,
- side-entry robots (high-speed robots with magnetic linear drives),
