Activity description
Merit was founded in Germany in the 1940s to design and manufacture switches. In 1996, Merit was acquired by Delphi, which merged it with another business acquired from Eaton to create a product line called Mechatronics. In 2016, DELPHI sold this product line to Northeast Industries of China.
