MKT Plast Sp. z o.o., based in Bulowice (Lesser Poland Voivodeship), is a plastics processing plant specialising in the series production of packaging by extrusion blow moulding (EBM) and in the production of technical and consumer parts by injection moulding.

1. Production of HDPE bottles and packaging

Under the Botelka brand, we produce high-quality HDPE bottles and HDPE canisters for the household chemicals sector (fabric softeners, concentrated laundry gels, cleaning liquids), car care products and industrial chemicals.

• Available catalogue capacities: 5.5 l HDPE bottles and 3 l HDPE bottles.
• System of interchangeable thread inserts: the neck can be adapted to any type of thread.
• 100% leak testing: all HDPE packaging produced is tested on the production line with an automatic leak tester, which eliminates the risk of micro-defects and ensures safety during automatic filling and pallet transport.

2. Plastic injection moulding – injection moulding services and parts production

The second main area of activity of MKT Plast Sp. z o.o. is the production of plastic components on modern injection moulding machines. We carry out production orders for various industries, ensuring high repeatability of mouldings, optimisation of the production cycle and selection of suitable materials and colourants.

3. Custom production and production on customer-owned moulds (B2B)

We offer comprehensive cooperation for companies in both EBM blow moulding and plastic injection moulding:

• development of new packaging or a new part from scratch (from concept and 3D design to mould manufacturing and series production),
• contract production on customer-owned moulds (blow moulds and injection moulds).
