NonStick.pl applies PTFE (Teflon) coatings to a wide range of machine parts wherever a non-stick/anti-adhesive coating that makes cleaning easier is required. Our coatings prevent products from sticking to machine components, moulds, plates, mixers and tanks.

We aim to provide a high level of service and handle each order individually. In addition to PTFE coatings, our customers value our service and the quality of our PTFE coatings, including our own NonStick One™ coating.

We apply our coatings to both new and used components. The PTFE coatings applied at our plant not only make work easier but also considerably extend the service life of machine and equipment parts subject to rapid wear, for customers in Poland and abroad. We refurbish anti-corrosion, anti-adhesive and PTFE coatings.

We supply our customers with high-quality coatings.

We apply NonStick.pl PTFE coatings to all metals, including steel, cast iron, aluminium and metal alloys, as well as to ceramic components.

We also repair and manufacture sealing components for packaging machines. Our 3D CNC machining centre allows us to produce sealing tools as well as sealing and forming plates. We manufacture new aluminium sealing and forming moulds for roll-fed packaging machines. As a final step, we apply a PTFE coating to our sealing moulds.
