PGA operates in two areas:

• film production and thermoforming,
• machine repair and modernisation.

PS film is produced on a twin-screw extruder from both virgin and recycled material. We offer a full range of colours matched to customer requirements.

We thermoform PS and PET film (virgin or recycled material), also in a wide range of colours. We have two milling machines, which allow us to make moulds in-house – both prototype moulds and production aluminium moulds – for our own use and for sale.

We are flexible in terms of prices, lead times and production volumes.

We offer cooperation in the extrusion of film for thermoforming and in thermoforming itself. Our products include:

• displays, display stands and trays,
• positioning inserts for cartons and gift sets,
• blisters – sealed and folded,
• flocked thermoformed parts in various colours and backings,
• inserts for modelling clay, crayons and felt-tip pens,
• inserts for paint palettes, and many others.

Additional services:

• co-packing,
• delivery of goods to the customer,
• tooling manufacture.

We offer a wide range of innovative solutions for attractive product presentation – based on our own designs or on customers' ideas.

In our second area of activity, we repair and modernise machines.
