We are part of an international group. We have more than 90 years of experience worldwide and more than 20 years on the Polish market. We have achieved a leading position in electrical connection technology and industrial automation.

Phoenix Contact offers an innovative portfolio of industrial electronics, providing connections "from sensors to control elements". The range extends from conventional terminal strips and splash-proof industrial plug connectors to wireless Ethernet networks: innovative solutions that go beyond our customers' expectations.

The production site, with an area of 40,200 m2, is located in Nowy Tomyśl (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship). In 2018 we opened a second production plant in Tarnobrzeg (Podkarpackie Voivodeship).

We are continuously expanding. In 2017 two new halls were built, including an innovative, fully automated high-bay warehouse. Over 4 years, the workforce grew by approx. 900 people. We currently employ approx. 3,000 people in Nowy Tomyśl and Tarnobrzeg and nearly 16,000 worldwide.

Phoenix Contact Wielkopolska manufactures electrical connection components with a wide range of connection technologies. The plastic housings required for them are produced in our own injection moulding plant, one of the largest in Poland. The injection moulding plant serves 4 production departments and has nearly 100 injection moulding machines. The company also has approximately 1,500 injection moulds. These resources make it possible to produce nearly 6,500 types of items. Across the company, the injection moulding machines produce almost 30,000,000 items per month.

We also have our own Machine Building Department, a highly automated Toolroom, modern Logistics, Product Development Departments and a Vocational Training Department.
