Our company focuses on the recovery and recycling of plastic waste. The company is based in Kraków and has been operating on the Polish and European markets since August 2002. Over this time we have become a stable company and have established contacts, which have often led to cooperation, with the largest European manufacturers of plastic packaging and plastic products, as well as with companies from the brewing and soft drinks industries. In response to the current needs and problems of our customers, we are now extending our activities to include consultancy on the management and disposal of wood, glass and paper waste. We invite you to cooperate with us! Mobile recycling (plastic grinding service) Plastic waste is ground using a mobile grinder installed on a semi-trailer. The mobile machine allows the service to be carried out at the customer's site, which reduces the cost of transporting waste. We are responsible for all stages of regrind production - from installing the machine and preparing the waste for grinding, through storing the finished product, to loading it onto a truck. The price of the crate grinding service includes: * arrival and installation of the grinder and preparation of the work area, which usually requires a space of approx. 75 m2 * preparation of the waste for grinding and moving it with our own forklift to the conveyor belt * packing the regrind in Big-Bags and weighing it on our own mobile scale (1 Big-Bag - approx. 1300 kg) * additional protection of the material against bad weather conditions * supply of the energy needed for processing * daily production reports that allow the customer to monitor the rate and progress of production at all times * loading the Big-Bags onto a truck while regrind production continues The output of our machine is 1000-3000 kg/h (depending on the type of plastic). Plastic Worx provides a guarantee for the secondary raw material produced. The material is dry, dedusted and free of aluminium, dust and other contaminants.
