Activity description

Plastics Division All products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. The scope of activity covers the recycling of HDPE plastics and the production of HDPE canisters by blow moulding. For this purpose, we use new, technologically advanced machines and equipment from leading manufacturers in the industry. By carrying out detailed tests, measurements and analyses of the intermediate products and finished products, we can guarantee high quality and repeatable production. The recycling department consists of a plastic grinding section, a washing and separation section, a drying section and a pelletising section with thorough degassing of the material. Melt flow rate (MFR) measurements are carried out using a modern Zwick plastometer. We can also determine the gas content of HDPE pellets, as well as the density and moisture content of the material. Blow moulding department – All canisters we produce hold UN 1,9Y certification. At present, we have moulds for blow moulding canisters with capacities of 10, 20 and 25 litres. The canisters are produced by blow moulding and have a triple-layer wall. During production, the equipment continuously monitors the wall thickness of the canister. At the customer's request, we can place a permanent logo, mark or other element on the canister that permanently identifies the packaging with the customer. An IML robot allows the canister to be labelled during the production process. The label is permanently bonded to the canister wall. This significantly improves the appearance and makes the label highly durable. In the near future, we plan to produce 1, 2 and 5 litre packaging on a smaller machine.
