Politech sp. z o.o. specialises in the production of packaging – cream jars and closures for cosmetic and perfume packaging, such as overcaps, screw caps and caps.

The raw materials used in production include ethylene ionomer (Surlyn), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), ABS and many others.

We offer both standard products and custom orders made to customers' individual designs.

We have our own in-house toolroom, which allows us to make injection moulds and quickly implement the production process.

We export our products to more than 25 countries worldwide.

Technologies used:

• 3D design,
• injection mould making,
• plastics processing on Demag injection moulding machines (hydraulic and electric),
• hot stamping decoration on a Quadrax B2-2M2 machine from the French company CER (new),
• hot melt bonding,
• vacuum metallisation and application of decorative coatings using water-based UV-curable lacquers,
• production of Surlyn overcaps by two-component injection moulding.
