Polskie Stowarzyszenie Producentów Rur i Kształtek z Tworzyw Sztucznych

The main objective of the Polish Association of Plastic Pipe and Fittings Manufacturers (PRiK) is to bring together manufacturers of plastic pipes and fittings. This objective is pursued, among other things, by representing the sector before government and legislative bodies, as well as national and international organisations, in matters concerning legislation and standardisation, and recommendations and directives on the manufacture, use and recycling of plastic pipes and fittings.

The objectives of the PRiK Association also include:

• Promoting plastic pipes and fittings as environmentally friendly products, and preparing and providing information on the possibilities and principles of their manufacture and use.
• Directing and supporting scientific and research and development work on the manufacture, use and recycling of plastic pipes and fittings, as well as market and marketing analyses.
• Preparing and issuing statements and recommendations on technical aspects of the manufacture and use of plastic pipes and fittings.
• Cooperating in working groups to develop standards for installation work using plastic pipes and fittings.
• Carrying out activities to improve the quality and production methods of plastic pipes and fittings.
• Organising conferences, scientific seminars and training courses in the Association's field of activity, and carrying out promotional and publishing activities.
