Activity description
FNP "Prodekologia" supplies equipment for the recycling of secondary raw materials:
- Corona electrostatic separators – for separating granulated cables, electronic scrap, printed circuit boards and shredded window profiles.
- Triboelectric separators – for separating polymer mixtures such as:
- PVC+rubber (window profiles)
- PVC+PE (cable insulation)
- PET+PVC (PET bottles)
- ABS+PS (household appliances)
- PP+PE (plastic bottles and caps)
- NIR separators – for sorting polymer mixtures by polymer type using near-infrared radiation.
- Light fraction separators – for removing film and dust from plastic mixtures using an air flow.
- Friction separators – for removing particles of elastic rubber, silicone and polyurethane from plastic mixtures.
