SUZI WELDING MACHINES - HOT PLATE TYPE
We manufacture industrial hot plate
welding machines. The welding machines are equipped with a movable double-sided heating plate and a tool dedicated to the specific product. Hot plate welding machines are used to weld automotive tanks, automotive lamps, sewer fittings and other plastic components.

AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLY LINES
Machines with a transport loop for products on pallets. Production supervision or wireless identification systems. Remote service. Process visualisation.

ASSEMBLY EQUIPMENT
Automatic screwing, radial riveting, press-fitting, drilling, cutting, marking, heating. Marking of products after the process.

INSPECTION EQUIPMENT
Automatic testing of leak tightness, dimensions, flow, length, functionality and assembly sequence. Measurements: resistance, current, force, weight, angle, torque, time. Correlation of force and displacement; resistance and displacement.

ROBOTS
Unloading, packing, palletising. Placing inserts. Loading parts into injection moulding machines

TRANSPORT EQUIPMENT, HOPPER FEEDERS
Inter-operational transport equipped with measuring systems or part buffers.
