ReLife Recycling S.r.l.

ReLife Recycling S.r.l., based in Sant'Olcese (Genoa, Italy), is the recycling division of the ReLife group, which is controlled by the infrastructure fund F2i. It collects, transports, sorts and recovers recyclable materials from municipal and industrial solid waste in central and northern Italy, with 13 plants in Liguria, Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto and Tuscany, 28 sorting lines and more than 900,000 tonnes processed per year.

Activities:

• sorting of packaging waste into paper and cardboard, plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, wood and glass
• on-site waste sorting services for companies
• sale of secondary raw materials
• conversion of dechlorinated process residues into solid recovered fuel for cement plants

Sorted post-consumer plastics are reprocessed into secondary raw material by the group's Plastic Packaging division, which uses it in bags and other packaging products, while recovered paper supplies the group's own production.
