ROTOLEADER, complete implementation projects in rotomoulding technology

ROTOLEADER specialises in the complete execution of projects in rotomoulding (rotational moulding) technology, from product concept, through product and mould design, to series production, assembly and delivery of the finished product.

We offer design of new products and optimisation of existing designs for rotomoulding technology, strength, quality and production costs. We design and manufacture moulds for rotational moulding and support customers during prototyping, testing and the introduction of products into series production.

We have our own machinery and technical facilities that allow us to run both short series and regular production. We monitor process parameters, including the temperature inside the mould, which allows us to optimise the production cycle and achieve stable, repeatable product quality.

Many years of experience in the design and manufacture of plastic components allow us to manage projects from start to finish and to reduce the number of subcontractors involved in implementation. This gives the customer full control over the project, shorter lead times, cost optimisation and a high level of confidentiality.

We carry out projects for customers in Poland and in foreign markets.
