Simplex Recruitment Ltd

What makes us different? Extensive knowledge of the plastics industry and the ability to deliver results on a global scale. Our priority has always been to gain a thorough understanding of your products and their applications, so that we can provide a shortlist of candidates that closely matches your needs and expectations.

We recognise that time is valuable, so we focus only on people who have the skills and experience relevant to the vacancy in terms of market or process knowledge, level of seniority and career development expectations.

We are also aware that a good personality fit is as important as industry knowledge. An essential part of our approach is to meet as many clients as possible in order to understand their organisational culture and communicate it to potential candidates.

Our extensive worldwide network of contacts allows us to meet recruitment needs in many geographical locations, including Europe, the Middle East, South America, Africa and Asia. As a result, organisations can reduce the number of consultancies they work with and benefit from favourable terms when placing multiple assignments.
