Śląskie Centrum Naukowo – Technologiczne Przemysłu Lotniczego Sp. z o. o. manufactures and tests autoclave-cured composite structural components.
Although the Centre focuses on services for the aviation industry, which requires very high standards in all areas of activity, its aim is to transfer technologies used so far in aviation to other sectors, including boatbuilding, automotive, railways and wind energy, where lightweight, high-strength materials and user safety are required.

Śląskie Centrum Naukowo – Technologiczne Przemysłu Lotniczego Sp. z o. o is prepared to support customers at every stage of composite structure development, from design to manufacture and testing of finished components. The technology and technical equipment we use allow us to maintain high service quality, with the final result being a product that fully meets the parameters defined at the design stage.

The main part of the Centre is the composite structures plant, where composite components are made from prepreg fabrics cured in an autoclave. The manufactured components can be machined with high precision on a 5-axis milling centre with a large working area.

The static testing laboratory, which is part of the Centre, can carry out all types of strength tests and non-destructive testing of composite materials and of complete structures or their components, using state-of-the-art testing and measuring equipment.
