Activity description
We specialise in cold metal forming, i.e. blanking and stamping on presses with a force of up to 250 tonnes, and CNC tube bending up to a diameter of 38 mm.
The presses are equipped with feeders for producing parts from coil strip in continuous operation.
The CNC bending machine allows three tools to be used in one bending cycle, e.g. die bending + piercing + rolling.
We also have, among other equipment, a guillotine for cutting sheet metal, MIG/MAG welding machines and our own powder coating plant.
This allows us to supply the customer with a finished product.
We provide services or manufacture products based on supplied documentation, a sample part or detailed specified requirements.
We have specialised in metal forming since the mid-1960s.
Since November 2006 we have implemented and maintained an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
