Pneumatic expanding shafts are used for unwinding or rewinding material on cores. They are available in cantilevered or double-supported versions, made of steel, aluminium or carbon fibre.

Banana rolls are used to remove wrinkles from the material being rewound. They are covered with an antistatic rubber compound with high abrasion resistance. Other roll surface coverings are available on request.

Quick-release chucks are used for winding and unwinding material reels on expanding shafts, allowing fast mounting and removal.

Pneumatic brakes are designed for easy control of the tension of the wound roll by changing its rotational speed. We offer a wide selection of models with different braking torques.
