Activity description
The components we produce can be made from all types of foamed plastics, such as expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS, Styrodur), polyurethane foam, etc. From these materials we can produce: boards, T-profiles, U-profiles, angle profiles, corner protectors, spacers, profiles, strips, separators, wedges, insulation sleeves, pipe covers, fillers, polystyrene blocks, decorations, etc. These components can be used for mechanical and thermal insulation, or as finished component parts.
Using advanced technology, we can cut practically any shape from the materials listed above.
We provide technical and technological advice and also design moulded parts to individual customer requirements, including in small production runs.

We have extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of packaging made from foamed components, which allows us to help select the appropriate material, its density and dimensions at the design stage.
