Syntmet

Syntmet is a company with 25 years of experience in plastics processing. We have extensive production capacity. We use our own injection moulds or moulds supplied by the customer. We manufacture injection-moulded plastic parts for the construction, industrial, automotive, electrical engineering, food, household appliance and mining sectors, as well as any other sector that requires plastic products. We specialise in making finished tools such as injection moulds, and in manufacturing PLASTIC products. Our work is supported by machines from the global brand ARBURG and other manufacturers, with clamping forces from 50 to 350 tonnes.

Our newest service is waterjet cutting.

Waterjet cutting is performed on a globalMAX 1530 machine, which is compact and simple in design, while also versatile and highly productive. The globalMAX waterjet cutter is a high-quality machine with a robust design that provides efficient abrasive waterjet machining for any industry. We cut a wide range of materials, including metals, composites, stone, ceramics, ebonite and glass – practically any material up to 200 mm thick.

We also offer our own products, such as euro hang tabs, spacers and fence post caps.
