Activity description
SZP Plast Sp. z o.o., based in Ełk, is a company with a long tradition and many years of experience in the automotive industry. Since 1988 we have been producing automotive lighting for customers in Poland and abroad.
We have implemented a Quality Management System, which we continue to develop. We hold ISO 9001 (since 1997), ISO 14001 (since 2003) and IATF 16949 (since 2007) certificates, which ensure compliance with international quality standards and the requirements of car manufacturers.
We pursue ambitious goals in cost reduction, continuous improvement of production and management, quality improvement and waste elimination by implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
Our Quality Policy is to meet customer expectations, build a reputation as a reliable partner and involve employees in quality improvement.
