As a result, after cleaning, the component looks practically new, because the structure and surface of the material are not damaged. From our experience with injection moulding equipment and hot runner systems, we know that manifolds flooded with leaked material, and injection nozzles and hot runner heaters damaged in the process, are a major problem for companies. We have developed a dedicated and highly effective method of cleaning hot runners and hot runner heaters without damaging the wires. If your wires are nevertheless damaged, we have special equipment for crimping the wires of hot runner heaters from global manufacturers such as Mold-Masters, Ewikon, Hightech and others.
