T&F Plast s.r.o. offers customers the manufacture of plastic products for electrical engineering, lighting technology and medical applications.

T&F Plast s.r.o. has 22 years of experience in plastics processing: injection moulding, extrusion, thermoforming and blow moulding.

We offer many years of experience, from the customer's idea through technical solutions and mould preparation to mass production. Our greatest experience is with the following materials: PMMA, PC, PS, PE, PP and PA.

The aim of T&F Plast s.r.o. is to provide its customers with plastic products of the highest quality, meeting the deadlines required by the customer at prices acceptable to both parties. Plastic injection moulding

We carry out plastic injection moulding and can offer production on injection moulding machines from 35 to 200 tonnes.
Assembly processes are also part of plastic product projects.
In cooperation with other companies, we can provide production on injection moulding machines from 50 to 2000 tonnes.

We are ready to visit your site, assess the situation, advise, find a suitable solution and start up production.

Our team of experts goes through the entire production process, starting with a diagnosis of the condition of the machine, peripheral equipment and technology, through all stages of the process, and develops an optimisation of the production process. With this approach, you obtain the widest process window with the shortest cycle time. We will help you stabilise the production process, moulds and procedures.

Servicing of peripheral equipment and technology

Contact us before you decide to scrap a piece of equipment. We will advise you, and if a solution exists, we will find it. We offer the possibility of avoiding unplanned investment in a new injection moulding machine, robot, dryer, temperature control unit, external mould heating controllers and other equipment.

Research and development and mould manufacturing

We are currently able to take a project from sketch to series production. Sampling and production take place in Žilina, while Moldflow analyses and mould design, as well as the mould manufacturing itself, including FOT (T0), SOT (T1) etc., are carried out by proven partner companies that specialise in these processes.

We can provide minor modifications or repairs of moulds, including changes to the shape of mould inserts by grinding, milling, sandblasting or polishing.
