Activity description
Today, plastics are an integral part of every branch of industry. For more than 25 years, our company has been processing plastics by injection moulding. The company was founded by Wiesława Majchrzak in 1982 and remains a family business to this day. Over the years we have taken on many difficult challenges, through which we have gained extensive knowledge in this field.
The company's main activity is currently the production of household articles and technical products for the construction, automotive and sailing sectors. We work as a subcontractor for German and Swedish companies.
We also manufacture injection moulds. Our in-house toolroom allows us to provide our customers with a complete service – "from design to finished part".
The company is located near Poznań, which we consider a significant advantage.
We are open to new production projects and ready to take on the most demanding tasks. We will be pleased to prepare an individual offer for you.
Our machine park consists of 12 injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 800 to 2000 kN and a maximum shot weight of 500 g.
The injection moulding stations are equipped with modern peripheral equipment, such as:
- dryers
- feeders
- mixers
- hot runner controllers
- mould temperature controllers.
We process materials such as:
PP, PA (including fibre-reinforced grades), PE, POM, SAN, ABS, PS, PC, PBT, PVC, as well as wood-plastic composites (WPC), which allow injection moulding with a wood content of up to 70%.
