Wital is a family-owned company that has operated continuously in the plastics market since 1987. This gives us more than 30 years of experience, continuous development and ongoing improvement in the quality of our products and services. We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification, and most of our products have E20 type approval or a CE declaration of conformity.

For most of our customers, we are primarily a manufacturer of reflectors. Our automotive products are used on trailers, semi-trailers, agricultural machinery, city buses and trams. The reflectors we produce for crash barriers and road delineator posts make most roads in Poland visible after dark.

We are also an injection moulding plant. We produce toys, components for gardening, electrical and electronic equipment, gas meters and many other applications. We continuously invest in the development of our machinery and technology. We provide our customers with high-quality services, short lead times, competitive prices and maintenance of the moulds entrusted to us. For many years we have worked with partner toolmakers, which enables us to prepare production from the initial concept to the finished part.

Our equipment includes, among others:

- 10 modern injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 320 tonnes, tie-bar spacing up to 670 x 670 mm and platens up to 940 x 940 mm

- sprue pickers and robots

- plastic dryers

- water temperature controllers

- beside-the-press granulators.

This allows us to process materials such as ABS, PMMA, PP, PC, PA, PS, POM, LDPE, HDPE, PE and TPE without difficulty. We can produce parts weighing from 1 g to 1 kg.
