Activity description
Witrochem, in operation since 1975, specialises in plastics processing and the electroplating of plastic parts. It serves customers in the household appliance, automotive, heating, sanitary, medical and bathroom equipment sectors.
Since 2009, the company has operated an integrated quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
The company offers:
- injection moulding of thermoplastics (ABS, ABS/PC, PS, PP, PA, PE) on Krauss Maffei and Engel injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 40–500 tonnes, equipped with robots, dryers and conveyors,
- chrome plating of plastic parts (ABS, ABS/PC, PA) in gloss or satin finish, using trivalent and hexavalent chromium technology,
- production of injection moulds and supervision of their manufacture at partner toolrooms,
- additional services such as PVD metallisation, pad printing and engraving.
