ZPT Maxpol

ZPT Maxpol manufactures products for the automotive, household appliance, gardening, construction, food and medical industries.

We have available production capacity on our injection moulding machines and accept orders for the production of plastic parts. We offer injection moulding services using both customer-supplied moulds and our own moulds.

We have a modern machine park and in-house facilities for the design and manufacture of injection moulds.

We operate BORCHE and HAITIAN injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 80 to 900 tonnes and shot weights from 150 to 4300 grams.

The machines work in fully automatic cycles using Apex 3-axis robots. To optimise production processes, our machine park is equipped with mould temperature controllers, feeders, plastic dryers and a central cooling system for machines and moulds.

We also have a toolroom for the design and construction of injection moulds. It produces moulds both for our own needs and as a service for customers. The toolroom is equipped with CNC machines, including milling machines, EDM machines, a wire EDM machine, lathes and grinding machines.

We provide technical services covering mould servicing, repair and refurbishment. We also offer mould modifications, including changes to mould operation, manufacture of spare parts, slides and inserts, modification of date stamps, modification of shape, repair and laser welding of damaged components.
