kp to present food packaging at CFIA Toulouse

Klöckner Pentaplast (kp) will exhibit at CFIA Toulouse for the first time in September, presenting food packaging solutions intended for food processors and packers facing changing market conditions and regulatory requirements. The event will take place from 22 to 24 September at the MEETT exhibition centre in Toulouse. CFIA Toulouse has become an important meeting point for the food industry in south-west France. Visitors to booth A135 will be able to review kp's portfolio of trays, films and lidding solutions and discuss current developments in food packaging. The company will focus on packaging formats used in food protection and processing operations, including pre-formed trays, recyclable tray structures, rigid films for sealing applications and barrier flow wrap films.

Packaging solutions on display

Among the solutions presented at the booth will be kp Elite Nova, a new pre-formed modified atmosphere packaging tray designed to provide performance and sustainability benefits. Visitors will also be able to obtain information about kp Infinity, fully recyclable extruded polypropylene trays, as well as kp MonoSeal, a recyclable mono-material PET rigid film with enhanced sealing performance and made with up to 80% recycled content.

The company will also present kp FlexiFlow, its premium range of barrier flow wrap films. The portfolio to be shown at CFIA Toulouse covers trays, films and lidding materials, allowing food processors and packers to discuss packaging options for product protection, operational efficiency and sustainability objectives.

Regulatory context for food packaging
