Sikora has placed 14th in the overall ranking of Germany's fastest-growing mid-sized companies in 2026. The study was conducted by the management consulting firm Munich Strategy Group for Handelsblatt. It assessed more than 8,000 companies using key figures including the average percentage increase in revenue and the average EBIT margin from 2021 to 2025.

"I am very pleased that we are once again among the fastest-growing mid-sized companies in Germany and are positioned near the top," says Alaaddin Aydin, CEO of Sikora.

Sikora manufactures measurement, control and sorting technologies. Its systems are used in the wire and cable, pipe and tube, and plastics industries. Since last year, the company has been part of the Maag Group, an international corporate group providing integrated solutions for the polymer, chemical and petrochemical industries.

Investment in innovation and the Bremen site

"In our industry, staying ahead makes the difference. We must be the first to enter new markets. With Maag at our side, we will deploy additional resources to drive Sikora's innovations," Aydin adds.

About 20% of Sikora's employees currently work in research and development. To support further growth, the company is expanding its site in Bremen by nearly 7,000 square metres. It also plans to increase its headcount.
