The SG-3844 is a modern low-speed beside-the-press granulator designed for immediate recycling of production waste directly next to the processing machine.

It features a staggered arrangement of protruding toothed cutting knives, ensuring uniform cutting of rigid and thick-walled plastics while generating minimal dust and maintaining a very low noise level.

A high-power geared motor provides high torque at a low rotational speed. This limits heat generation in the processed parts and minimizes thermal degradation of the plastic.

The machine is designed for grinding small, rigid parts made of materials such as ABS, PC, PA, POM and PBT, as well as thick-walled plastic components.

The very low rotational speed of approximately 24 rpm reduces noise in the production area and limits dust entering injection molding machine hoppers.

The machine is equipped with an extraction set featuring a 0.55 kW pneumatic blower for automatic transport of regrind.

Precision cutting system
The stepped and toothed knife design facilitates the capture of thick components and reduces the risk of rotor blockage.
