A highly precise, automatic peripheral device designed for dosing granulated colorant (masterbatch) or modifying additives directly into the hopper of an injection molding machine or extruder.
The unit is equipped with a maintenance-free brushless DC motor, a chrome-plated screw with a diameter of 12 mm, and an integrated 90 W mixer motor. This ensures thorough mixing of the colorant with the base material.
