The Combiset unit allows products to be packed in film and then shrink-wrapped in a shrink tunnel. The combination of an L-sealer with a shrink tunnel creates a complete machine for packaging and shrink-wrapping products, enabling a significant increase in production efficiency.
The maximum film width used in this machine is 460 mm, which also allows packaging of multi-dimensional products. The package height can be easily adjusted from 10 to 100 mm using a knob located at the bottom of the machine.
Hot air circulation in the tunnel can be adjusted using two dampers located in the heating system. The conveyor speed is continuously adjustable from 1.5 to 8 m/min. The air temperature in the tunnel is electronically controlled. Thanks to swivel wheels, the machine can be easily positioned in any desired location.
