The D-53 PLT 2 strapping machine is designed for fast and economical strapping of most types of pallets using standard polypropylene strap.
The D-53 PLT machine can reduce pallet packaging time by half compared with strapping using manual tools. Strapping is simple and easy, with no effort required. The operator passes the strap over the goods being strapped and places it in a special feeder. The machine automatically tensions the strap, welds it, cuts it and feeds out the next length of strap. One strap welding cycle takes no more than 2 s.
