The machine is designed for fast and economical strapping of most types of pallets using standard polypropylene strapping tape. The D-53 PLT can reduce pallet packaging time by half compared with strapping using manual tools.
Strapping is carried out in a very simple and easy way, without significant effort. The operator passes the tape over the goods being strapped and places it in a special feeder. The machine automatically tensions the tape, welds it, cuts it and feeds out the next section of tape. One tape-welding cycle takes no more than 2 s.
