Pneumatic expanding shafts
Expanding shafts are used for unwinding or winding material onto cores, such as tubes and spools. Versions supported on one side or mounted on both sides are available. We offer products in a wide range of dimensions and materials: steel, aluminum, carbon fiber.

Banana rollers
Banana rollers are used to spread folds formed in the rewound material. The rollers are covered with antistatic rubber material with very good mechanical properties and high abrasion resistance. Any type of shaft surface coating is available on request.

Quick-mount holders
Quick-mount holders are used for winding and unwinding rolls of material on expanding shafts. They allow easy and quick installation of an empty expanding shaft or removal of a shaft with wound material.

Pneumatic brakes
Our pneumatic brakes are designed to make it as easy as possible to control the tension of the wound roll, e.g. paper, by changing its rotational speed. We offer a large selection of pneumatic caliper brakes with a wide braking torque range.
