Hot runner temperature controller
The temperature controller is designed to regulate temperature in hot runner systems. A single configuration can control up to 48 zones. Individual modules feature an alarm function and can operate independently.
The set temperature of the hot runner system is regulated by a PID controller. The unit consists of temperature control modules, a main switch, an enclosure and fans. Each module controls a designated heating zone of the hot runner mould and maintains its temperature with an accuracy of +/-1°C.
Controllers for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 zones are available.
The units are supplied with complete documentation, CE marking and a Polish-language operating manual.
