The machine is designed for fast and cost-effective packaging of products on pallets. The D-53 PLT HE2 model is particularly suitable when strapping with manually applied buckles and manual strap tensioning takes too much time, and horizontal strapping of pallets is inconvenient.
With the D-53 PLT HE2 machine, pallet strapping time can be reduced by half. The D-53 PLT HE2 effectively replaces expensive automatic tools and manual strapping devices. Once the machine is set at the appropriate height, product strapping is fast and efficient.
An innovative solution is the suspended switch, which gives the operator full control over the strapping cycle and free access to the other side of the packed pallet to apply additional protective corners or position the strap.
The new version of the model allows strapping lengths from 170 mm to 2200 mm. Like the D-53 PLT, the HE2 model is available with a battery.
