Liquid Descaler

If the device operates at low temperatures (below 50°C), we recommend using a liquid descaler.

Dosage: 1 liter of preparation per 10 liters of water.

The descaler is intended for cleaning internal surfaces, e.g.:

- injection molding machines
- heating equipment, JAD heat exchangers
- cooling circuits
- equipment in the food industry
- water and steam boilers
- boilers, coils, water heaters
- steam generators
- central heating installations, water pipes
- bakery ovens, etc. with greasy deposits
- other equipment that comes into contact with water

Directions for use:

For effective use of the product, we recommend using 1 liter of preparation per 10 liters of hot water.
Fill the entire system with the solution, start it and wait from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the thickness of the deposit. If possible, keep the water heated continuously to shorten the waiting time.

After the scale has dissolved, drain the solution and rinse the entire system with clean water.

In equipment that comes into contact with water, limescale forms and deposits due to the presence of calcium compounds in the water.
Deposited limescale is a good heat insulator, so thermal efficiency steadily decreases and may drop by up to 30%, resulting in higher operating costs.
