ODK-120 liquid descaler - 5 l container

If the equipment operates at a low temperature, below 50°C, we recommend using a liquid descaler.

Dosage: 1 litre of the product per 10 litres of water.

The descaler is intended for cleaning the internal surfaces of:

- injection moulding machines
- heating equipment and JAD heat exchangers
- cooling circuits
- equipment used in the food industry
- water and steam boilers
- hot-water tanks, heating coils and water heaters
- steam generators
- central heating systems and water pipes
- bakery ovens and other equipment with greasy deposits
- other equipment that comes into contact with water

Instructions for use:

For effective use, we recommend adding 1 litre of the product to 10 litres of hot water.

Fill the entire system with the solution, start the equipment and leave it for 1 to 3 hours, depending on the thickness of the deposits. If possible, keep the water heated to reduce the treatment time.

After the limescale has dissolved, drain the solution and rinse the entire system with clean water.

Limescale forms and accumulates in equipment that comes into contact with water due to the presence of calcium compounds. As limescale is an effective thermal insulator, the thermal efficiency of the equipment gradually decreases and may fall by up to 30%, resulting in higher operating costs.
