Machine for Strapping Packages on Pallets

The Strapack AQ-7PLT packaging machine is a reliable device designed for strapping packages placed on pallets using PP and PET straps.

It is currently the only machine on the market that allows the use of PP and PET straps for strapping without the need to replace any machine components. Straps with an inner diameter of 408 mm, an outer roll width of 150 mm, and dimensions of 200 x 200 mm can be used for strapping products.

The strapping head does not require any special servicing or lubrication. For operator convenience, the machine is equipped with a panel for controlling and setting operating parameters. The START switch for the strap feeder is located both at the rear and at the front of the machine.

The operator uses a potentiometer to set the strap tension force within the range of 1-10. The maximum strap tension force is 70 kG. The required strap feed length is set in a similar way.

For strapping small, low pallets, the strap sealing point is located only 351 mm above the floor. The minimum package height is 390 mm.

Rubber-coated wheels made of durable metal allow the device to be moved quickly for connection to any single-phase socket or parked after work is completed. A strong folding metal lance ensures safe operation of the device.
