A seal-less, fully automatic battery-powered tensioner for strapping loads with rigid polypropylene and polyester straps, 12-16 mm wide. The strap tensioning and welding cycle is performed by an electric motor powered by the included battery. Thanks to this technology, the entire strapping process is significantly shorter compared with manual tensioning and the use of wire buckles. An additional benefit is a durable, flat joint that does not risk damaging the packaging of an adjacent load.
